Sales - Assistant Agent – Mandarin Speaking

This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside Principal and experienced Lead Agent Thomas Perram, within a structured, high-performing team. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the lead agent with lead/buyer nurture and database management
• Responding to buyer enquiries (phone/email), including Mandarin-speaking clients
• Attending and supporting open homes, private inspections, and auctions
• Following up buyers post-inspection with prompt and professional communication
• Preparing marketing material and coordinating sales campaigns
• Prospecting via phone, letterbox drops, and door-knocking
• Attending regular training as part of Belle Academy and internal development

The successful candidate will have:

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English, written and verbal
• A genuine desire to build a long-term career in real estate sales
• 12 months of real estate experience preferred (not essential)
• A current Certificate of Registration
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Immaculate presentation and professional conduct
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• A self-motivated, proactive attitude with resilience and commitment
• The ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
