I had a wonderful experience working with Scott. We were selling a unique property in a bit of a tricky market, so it took a lot more time and work than either of us would have liked, but we got a great result in the end.
Scott is an honest, down to earth, hard working real estate agent, which, from my experience is a difficult combination of qualities to find. With more than 12 months on market Scott kept working hard and didn't lower his standards the whole time.
Scott comes highly recommended from me, & if I am selling real estate in the region again I would likely go straight to Scott without shopping around.

We bought our current property through Blair. Over the past 2 years after knowing we had a rental, he would touch base to let us know recent sales in the building which built a relationship. So when it came to selling the rental, we knew he was the right person to do it.
The whole process was seamless, lots of communication along the way. He even attended the fire inspection at 7am for us.
We couldn’t be happier with the level of care and professionalism that Blair brings. I would highly recommend Blair to anyone selling their property. You’d be in good hands.
