Professional, genuine and highly effective—supportive throughout and exceeded expectations.
Geoff and team were fantastic from start to finish. He was always honest, upfront and responsive. I felt genuinely supported the whole way through.
I really appreciated the human side he brought to the process. He met me where I was at, but also gently challenged me when I needed it. He understood what mattered to me longer term and helped me take the emotion out of decisions at the right times, which made a big difference.
He also gave great advice and connected me with excellent trades, which made everything feel much more manageable.
He has a way of keeping things calm and positive, and made what could have been a stressful process feel surprisingly manageable (I may still owe him a drink!).
Despite a softer market, he achieved a result well beyond what I expected. I’d first met him a few years earlier after he sold a home in my street and I always appreciated how he stayed in touch without any pressure.

Our journey with Chris and Genevieve was second to none.

We had an outstanding experience working with Mat and Diane. From start to finish, Mat went above and beyond to help us secure a deal on our house, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed.
What really stood out was the level of support we received beyond the transaction itself. Mat generously provided us with a trailer to help with our move, which significantly reduced the burden.
