Scott Thompson, was exceptional from the first moment that we met. I actually found Scott by using Grok AI. It had noted that he was the perfect agent for me, and after meeting many other agents, it was obvious in the first few minutes that it was correct. With lost experience myself selling over 30 properties Scott challenged my thoughts and came up with an option. I normally wouldn't consider but convinced me it was the right approach. The moment we went to market the war broke out in Iraq, and I was in great fear that it was the wrong time to be at market, especially as we were moving out of the high season. We believe the property we delivered was over a high standard and we had an expectation over market which Scott delivered to the dollar, great communication and follow up always keeping me in the loop.
