We have an exciting opportunity at our Lower Blue Mountains | Nepean office and are now accepting applications from professional and ambitious candidates who are looking for a career in Real Estate.

Within the first 12 months the role will focus on:

· Creating and nurturing client relationships, on the phone and face to face

· Database management

· Handling phone and email enquiry from buyers

· Liaising with contractors and suppliers as required

· Assisting with open homes and open for inspections as required

· Prospecting the local area

· Attending regular skill and systems training

The successful candidate must possess the following:

· Current Real Estate Class 2 Licence

· Minimum 1-2 years' experience

· Full driver's license and car

· Is a team player

· Excellent communication skills

· A relationship builder who can take initiative

· Strong work ethic, self-belief, confidence and a positive can-do attitude
