  • We are seeking a skilled and proactive Portfolio Manager to join our Property Management team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of a residential property portfolio, ensuring compliance, client satisfaction, and portfolio performance are consistently achieved. You will work within a supportive and structured environment, with access to established systems, clear performance measures, and an experienced leadership team. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, managing maintenance, and delivering regular rent reviews and landlord health checks in line with our internal processes.

  • Responsibilities include:

  • * Manage all aspects of a residential property portfolio in line with legislation and company standards
    * Conduct annual rent reviews and landlord health checks, ensuring documentation is recorded accurately
    * Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with landlords, tenants, trades, and strata
    * Monitor and manage rent arrears and invoices, maintaining accurate notes in Property Tree
    * Ensure full compliance across your portfolio, using provided checklists and systems
    * Communicate proactively with landlords and tenants, ensuring transparency and professionalism
    * Uphold Belle Property values in every client interaction and work collaboratively with the broader team.
  • The Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • * Previous experience in end-to-end property management
    * A Class 2 Real Estate Licence
    * A current driver's licence and access to a reliable car
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    * Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
    * A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a positive can-do attitude
    * The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
    * A genuine desire to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to a high-performing team
