Elaine leads all facets of the financial side of the business, overseeing sales and property management trust accounts, daily financial operations, complex reconciliations, and property settlements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. She works closely with both customers and clients, handling account‑related enquiries with a friendly, helpful, and solutions‑focused approach. Elaine also prepares comprehensive financial reporting that is critical to monitoring performance, informing key decisions, and safeguarding the overall financial health of the organisation.

With over five years’ experience in finance and trust accounting, Elaine is recognised for her calm, measured approach and strong professional integrity. She is proactive in supporting and advising team members and clients alike, and is well known for her approachable nature, reliability, and commitment to delivering a positive experience at every interaction.

Outside of work, Elaine spends most of her time with her young daughter, who keeps her busy and continually teaches her patience and perspective. Much of their time together is spent at the park, enjoying outdoor moments that bring balance to Elaine’s life.
