Lee provided good guidance on what to do to prepare the property for sale His price guide rose once the property was ready to present for sale although maybe was a bit optimistic on the price. Initial home opens were possibly poorly timed as they coincided with public holidays, however this could have been an opportunity as well The strategy of offers over was good and the eventual purchaser just exceeded the eventual agreed number. The property was an estate so from the executors perspective my position was to market and sell the house. I reside remotely from the property so relied on Lees perspective of home opens, property presentation etc I liked Lees clear unambiguous approach to the sale

Lee Murray from Acton Belle Real Estate Rockingham was first rate in all of our dealings. Arranging a first look when the listing went active. Waiting for us when we got delayed between conflicting home opens. Then dealing with our offer amidst the other bids. Upon building inspection finding some structural shortcoming he worked with owners to resolve. Being there for final inspection to resolve final settlement and handover. Prompt professional service from Lee and the team. We sold our apartment with Lee and the team at Acton Belle. Lee achieved an excellent sale price, far higher than we hoped for, in a very short period of time. The settlement conditions were a bit tricky as we had a current tenant but Lee negotiated a longer settlement period to accommodate all of us and he and Paige helped us through all the hurdles and kept us informed and comfortable during that time period. We would recommend him to any prospective seller and I'm sure the purchaser would also have been happy with the service and communication.
