Alex Ververis

Alex came into real estate on the back of a strong hospitality background – owning and operating restaurants and cafés in Sydney’s inner west. Having been involved in real estate on a personal level over many years, that interest and investment in property sparked a career change later in his life and he has worked with Belle Property Annandale ever since.

A licensed real estate agent, his role and focus are new business development & leasing. He has developed well-rounded experience within our property management team. His customer service skills and experience are now proving invaluable in his role with Belle Property Annandale. He describes his relationship with property as a very positive one and wants to provide the same experience for our owners.

Alex is well established in the area, having lived in Glebe for the past 17 years. He values good relationships and aims to provide trustworthy advice.
